Ana Carolina “Morena” Lima is a 3rd-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Capoeira Contra-Mestra, coach, and self-defense specialist with nearly 30 years of martial arts experience.
She has trained and competed internationally in BJJ and Capoeira, while cross-training in MMA, wrestling, judo, karate, kung fu, krav maga, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, and more. Ana specializes in close-combat fighting, knife defense, and firearm disarming, and has worked with martial artists of all levels — from children as young as 3 to military personnel.
As a mother of three in her 40's, Morena uniquely understands the journey of training through pregnancy and returning to martial arts postpartum, proving that strength, skill, and resilience can be nurtured at every stage of life.
